Consultancy, implementation and training to allow sending of sophisticated branded and targeted email campaigns
Amos Trust came to us looking for advice about how they could step up their efforts using email to engage their supporters, and in their work on the hugely successful and widely covered Street Child World Cup in 2010. Assessing their requirements and capacity and a range of options we identified Campaign Monitor as the ideal partner for its email production and distribution tools.
Once settled on Campaign Monitor we advised on the presentation of the emails and developed HTML templates based on designs from Amos' designer Wilf Whitty.
We also assisted Amos in consolidating their existing lists of email addresses into a single group with members' interests clearly defined so that they can target appropriately. Finally we provided in-house training to Amos' staff so that they will now be able to effectively produce and send emails, and manage their supporter lists.
The early response to the emails has been highly positive, with excellent click-through rates and we look forward to seeing Amos building up their email communications over the coming months.
